recently i started a new game of skyrim (i created a real burly nord male) and when i finally got to whiterun i encountered nazeem (yes he was rude to me by asking me if i've been to cloud ruler temple, (i did a quick save and then i got out my hunting bow and arrow and shot him in the face.

I dont try to kill Nazeem, I succeed every time. Mwahahahahaha.

There isn't much "trying" needed to kill him.

I don't have a problem with Nazeem, never killed him.

Who's tried to kill Nazeem? Probably everyone who has walked past him. I bet the guards even hate him.

I'll admit I've killed him. I claim peer pressure though.

He's asking if you've been to the Cloud DISTRICT. The upper part of Whiterun near Dragonsreach where the wealthy families live.

Cloud Ruler Temple isn't even in Skyrim, that's the Blades base back in Cyrodiil near Bruma.

Also yes, I have killed him, numerous times. Most recently however, he was killed by vampires.
