This is an information-sharing topic for posting anything you've learned about which wives and kids like which locations (vanilla and Hearthfire alike). For instance, it's been stated in a number of places that Aela the Huntress, due to sharing a voice actress with several other spouses, doesn't seem to like life in the country.Buit of a curveball, to say the least. So for those of us who want to get married and/or adopt but would prefer a happy family, any inforama about who's happy where can only help.


I'll go first:

* Marcurio likes Windstad Manor, but Lucia is not all that wild about it.

* Balimund likes Proudspire Manor.

* Sofie seems happy enough at Vindrel Hall. Alesan hates living in Markarth.

If you know which spouses (spice? ) share a voice actor, let us know that too, since they seem to use the same lines even if it's character-inappropriate.
