i have reached lvl 81 and have been to each holds http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1452499-the-ebony-warrior-is-not-appearing/page__fromsearch__1# and waited for 24hrs and the ebony warrior has not appeared anywhere is this a bug/glitch or is something else missing like do i need to finish all guild questlines?

btw i'm on xbox 360 so console commands are pointless
