It's annoying having to disable, apply, enable apply every time I start the game.

Doesn't matter. I have friends with the same issue. 660 ti, 7850, 7870, 7950, gtx 660 ect....all do this.

It is really annoying having it reset every time you exit the game, something like this should have never been able to pass QA, and what's worse it got introduced with a patch (1.1).
