Just started a new game after a 6 month lay off, with all the DLCs installed for the first time and when got to Whiterun I went to use the forge and I got this message you dont have permission to use this. Not sure whether this is a mod or the DLC whats or patch update doing this but when I last played I DIDN'T get that message. Any answers will be really appreciated.

If this is in the wrong place then sorry but did not if it was a update DLC or mod
