I purchased the bedroom furnishings and the alchemy lab for Breezehome three times and they're not showing up. I have only found fixes if the problem is caused by the Dawnguard DLC. I do not have Dawnguard, but I do have Hearthfire. Does anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it?
