When Checking in, I'm not getting the following error with many assets, this one is just an example:

Form (03000E68) HoS_CitizenSmithi needs to have these other forms checked in too: Parent Form CELL (0001691F) (Some funky symbol thing here)

It has that for many of the assets I added into world space and into vanilla content. I thought the changing the hex code trick might fix it, so that it would check out things from the skyrim.esm, but that didn't fix the issue, it actually added more of them to the check in problems list.

Anyone had this issue before?
