Questions about game save file (Xbox 360)

Hello guys
I'm here because I couldn't really find a straight answer on the internet. I have been playing skyrim for 60 hours now (xbox 360) on one character and my file size is about 7MB. Since I am really scared that one day my game might start freezing because of higher save file sizes I have been really careful not to screw up too much in the world, I even sometimes wait for 30 days just so that everything is reset again, but then I started noticing weapons lying on the floor from bandits etc that were killed by the catapultic force of my ice spikes >30 days earlier, even though the bandits had dissapeared. Is there anyway to get rid of that stuff all at once or do i really have to go to visited places and pick them all up and stick them in dead bodies for them to respawn, I also was wondering what happens with arrows that 1. are shot and stuck in an object (say a barrel) and 2. that are shot and are just rolling over the ground or floor, will both of them be removed as I wait for 30 days?
I guess what I really would like is to have some way to completely reset the world of skyrim, except for the things I achieved: cleared dungeons, visited places, skills, items, quest progress etc, but I am pretty sure there is no way, or is there?

Arrows disappear.

The weapons that are dropped. Yeah, those don't delete and it's a serious problem on the PS3. I would take every single thing from EVERY enemy you kill, and then store it into one body. Do it everywhere, every battle, inside and outside. It will help your savefile in the long run.

BTW, I'm on the PS3 and I have a 18MB savefile approaching 19MB.
