hello guys, I noticed that some weapons (good example dragonbane) seem to be not fully charged even though they are, it looks like they are only full 95% but can't be charged any further, does anyone know what this is exactly?

Probably not enough to fill it. It also probably has high charges.

Or it's just a glitch. I don't see the problem here.
