right after the alpha ceph is defeated and you are pulled into the wormhole away from psycho, my game sort of crashes, the screen goes black and i click any button and im sent out the game. how can i fix this?

That's a known issue by Crytek, fix for it cannot be done by anything from client side. Hopefully Crytek will fix it, if they've not already abandoned the game...
