I cannot seem too find a single piece of ore or an ingot for orcish armour anywhere Iv tried most shops and blacksmiths in the major holds but everyone I seem to talk to don't have any even the orcs themselves grrrrr lol anybody know a sure fire location to get it ie. a mine or something?

im level 40 my friend... I did read that it would become readily available with blacksmiths by level 20 but clearly that's not the case....

If you can't find the ore in the store, why don't you go to the source? Or should I say "http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Orichalcum?"

cheers ill check there later... this is my 2nd skyrim save never really bothered with smithing before on my 1st as I seemed to do ok with out making my own armour or improving it anyways.. but I wanna do it all this time round
