Will I lose DLC if I start new game?

The title. I want to start new game because i'm level 81 and it's not much fun when I can't level up. Will I lose my DLCs if I start new game?

I dont get completely what are you asking...
But...
If you start a new character, unless you go to datafiles and uncheck them... the DLC′s should be there.
If you plan to delete the game and reinstall... I think they install automatically.

He's asking if his DLC magically uninstalls and he has to buy it again for every new character.

Maybe the guy is new to the whole DLC business and starting a new character in games like these. Or something like that. Space magic.
