i have played more so many hours to kill final boss but nothing happends and in different forums on different websites people are discussing that final boss health is infinite if it is true so kindly let me know so that i do not waste my time please

When he goes to shoot you.. look at his tentacles and shoot the orange parts.. it looks like he vents heat. Once you blow up all his tentacles you will go into a cutscene.

When he goes to shoot me there in not any orange part shown,only a white light is shown in between tentacle and i have shoot that white part also which is only visible right before alpha ceph shoot

If you shoot them all when they are visible and destroy them all you will win.

i have fought with final boss for hours and hours but every time it is attacking only with one tentacle at a time and not showing 3 tentacle at a time.

tag weakspots with visor then aim in that general direction
