In the dark brotherood before you switch to the dawnstar sanctuary theres an option to side with the jester instead. Ive never done this (suprisingly). What happens and who has ever gone this route i only got blackmailed after i killed him and set up for trying to kill the emp. Do you have two sanctuaries if the other one dosent burn down??? Thoughts??? Experince in this sequence??

It makes no difference. All you get is Cicero as a follower at the end of the questline. The Falkreath Sanctuary still burns.

Also, even though the game has been out a year and a half, we do have a spoiler section for things like this on these forums.

Cicero is a pretty good follower.

You mean Cicero, right?

If so:

It doesn't make much difference. If you let him live, then he will eventually show up at the new sanctuary and be available as a follower. I think that's the only change.
