When casting magic, the characters arm appears broken and twisted, this is a recent occurrence but that's not all.

After uninstalling all game data and updates including settings and saved game files plus dlc, I tried the game without updates or dlc and the problem is not gone, even with dlc and updates the animation appears broken.

The animation is also broken when
Casting magic
Skyrim intro, bound prisoners have broken twisted arms.

Also I purchased a new copy of skyrim and it did not change the problem.
And I restored ps3 files.

Can anyone lend suggestions ?
