Are there any mods that modify crafting stations or any activable objects like wood piles and ore veins?

Particularly, a user has found that my Professions mod does not detect wood piles in his area - but detects other crafting stations.
My mod uses the keyword FurnitureWoodChoppingBlock as a condition in an Alias to find wood piles.
Are there mods that modify these types of objects but not add back their keywords from the default game?
