When I first witnessed the Event at the peace summit I expected both the parties to agree to cease fire without any exchange of lands or terms and conditons about what should happen at the summit.
I thought they would accept their current situation as it is instead of resorting to what I can only call as a power-play to agree to come to a peaceful resolution.
I inadvertently ended the peace council on even terms the first time I completed Season Unending. That was satisfying enough, so much so that I've never completed either side of the Civil War questline since then.
It was just another example of Ulfric's disrespect for the neutral ground. He does nothing but make speeches and goat the Empire alongside Galmar. Most of the rest is non-cannon stuff that depends on whos side you take.

Tullius does the same thing if the Stormcloaks own Whiterun (or markarth, idk)

I thought it was good the way the peace council was done.
I played this part after watching a walkthrough, I wonder if results are different if I select different options. I also wonder what happens If I complete either the Imperial Legion or Stormcloak quest. (i,e when either Tullius or Ulfric is dead)
