Is vsync forced after patch or am I crazy? : Crysis

My fps is halved. I used to have 100+ fps with occasional dips. Now I can't get it over 63 fps. I didn't play for a week so I assume this is todays patch cause. I tried vsync on/off, makes no difference, same fps. Am I the only one with this problem?

I have the EXACT same problem...I even tried lowering my graphics...nothing...no more than 50fps where I use to get 100fps

same here, i had 155 fps average before the patch, i now have 60 average, and it even drops to 30 sometimes, that's with everything on low no aa with a 7970. I mean seriously what is this? Are we in alpha, testing the game again?

I have no problem with the new patch, 80 to 90 frames, (120HZ monitor) gtx 680, in nvidia drivers adaptive vsinc on, and the setting to over ride the game max. (highest possible)

yeah 80 to 90 frames with above max settings with a 680gtx, seems legit. Not even a titan, which is the best single gpu card atm, can do that. Maybe you do not have AA, otherwise not possible.

also seeing my Frame rate halved since the patch.

this is game breaking in my opinion, can we expect a fix or is this goodbye C3...

it seems i did not have the new patch on, after the patch i have 63 to 85 frames. i use smaa x1 low. the rest of the settings are very high, i use nvidia geforce experiance. what i mend wit max is the frames, nvidia override crysis. if there is a limit of 60, nvidia drivers go higher if it is possible
