I just got the PC version on Steam- What should I do?

After having the Xbox version forever, I just yesterday discovered my PC isn't as craptastic as I thought, and it can run FNV on medium with no issues at all, I'm not so sure about High.

So I bought the Ultimate Edition on Steam. Now, I spent last night goofing around with the console, spawning armies of items, screwing with the scales, basically just [censored] around.

But I was wondering, is there anything else I should do that I couldn't do on Xbox? Anything special to use the console for? And what mods should I take a look at? No graphical or texture or memory fixes please, I've only got 3.6 gigs of ram and I'm fine with the way the game looks.

Before you install one mod on your game, see this series of videos. It's not for the mods, but for the tools you need to get them to work together.

Every mod needs FOMM to install, BOSS to set the load order, Wrye Flash to make a Bashed Patch to get the mods to work together and finally FNVEdit to resolve the conflicts between the mods and to clean up any dirt in the mods. And, you do this for each and every mod you install, one at a time.
