I will start this off with my 4 most embarrassing. 1. I charged at giant in full daedric armor, got flung to the sky before I can land a hit. 2. Accidentally FUS RO DAHed my follower off a cliff. 3. Gonna stealth kill a town resident for gold, my companion is in front, I initiated my crouch and stealth kill attack, but right when I clicked it the resident walked sideways, and I grabbed my companion and slit her throat. 4. Looking at Stump and watching him playfully run around with some children, and then suddenly I hear a roar and the children and stump are doused in fire.

Trying to climb Solstheim's highest point with a horse lead to a LOT of epic fails for me.

I was on a cliff overlooking Falkreath, and for whatever reason my PS3 controller locked up, and I couldn't stop myself from walking off the edge to my death.

I summoned a Dremora Lord to save someone from a bear... I think the person accidentally shot an arrow into the Dremora... or said something funny to him, because my summon ended up beheading him when the bear was dealt with. Well, at least I "tried"...

It's cool. I'm not going to judge, I just don't think that stuff is allowed. The first part is pretty crazy. I've never had hurt a companion of mine.

LoL....I guess Dremora Lords are a little more into killing people than rescuing them
