Not sure if this goes to General or Cheats, Hints and Spoilers section, so I'll go with spoilers, since the post might contain them.

I was doing the quest Discerning the Transmundane, where you have to go to Blackreach to transcribe a Blank Lexicon for Septimus Signus, when I noticed a bit of a quest stopper.
After doing the actual transcribing and retrieving the Elder Scroll (Dragon) the Lexicon wasnt there. Even the pedestal on which I put it on is just gone and my quest still says to transcribe the damn lexicon, so I cant turn in the quest. The reward for all of his Signus' quests would be the Oghma Infinium, which I really dearly want.

Is it possible to advance the quest with a console command or something, since I can add the Runed Lexicon to my inventory through console too? I've already had to move quests one phase ahead due to bugs many times before, mostly in the main quest, but I cant seem to find the command for this one.
