I know I'm not alone in my frustration with DirectSong, but I'm wondering if anyone has received their autographed 4-disc set from them? I'm well over 3 months since I purchased mine and I have received NO WORD on the status of my order. I apologize for posting this rant here but since and can't get any feedback from DirectSong (I've sent several emails to them with ZERO replies) I thought I'd post in this forum hoping for a least a little reassurance that maybe I didn't just blow 30 bucks for nothing.

I ordered it as soon as it was released. Like you I heard nothing for a few months so I opened a support ticket. They replied in a few days stating it was on its way and I received it the following week (bearing in mind I'm in the UK).

Purchased mine back in January 2012 from them. Took about 5 weeks to get it. I'd purchased download soundtracks from them before but never a physical product. If I remember right they shipped from a Washington State address, so seems like there is something amiss. Did you check your purchase history? Perhaps it didn't "take"?

Yeah, my purchase history shows my order and I printed out a reciept for the order as well. I actually live in Washington State too. LOL. I had purchased several digital only soundtracks from them in the past with no problem so I didn't think anything of it when I decided to order the physical edition this time. I try not to get too uptight with things like this because I know sometimes they can take time, but I'm really starting to get annoyed since, 3 months later, they already have my money and I have nothing.
