I am trying to add a door to my tomb using the Lokirs tomb guide on the wiki but I don't seem to have either of the doors that it suggests loaded into the CK such as NorDoorMedium01 and NorDoorSm01.

Have you selected Skyrim.esm from the Data Files section when creating your new plugin?
