all I need is to build 3 houses.

I am throwing all my gold away and then adventuring.

I dont care about armour rating or weapon damage.

I need a Sword, Bow and battleaxe.
I need any armour, clothes.

I have access to all quest weapons and armour and any armour and weapon from a forge.
