Graphics Driver version

Game settings (divide these up into their respective categories; i.e. Shadow Quality, Post Processing, Anti-Aliasing, etc.)

CVARS being used (if any)

The reasoning behind this is to see/show if there is a common thread between those who are experiencing the performance loss. The more informed the developers are, the faster they should be able to narrow down the problem and hopefully correct it.
