Seriously now, when did this start happening? I decided to make a pure thief the other day, no melee and only bows, along with every thief perk tree, and almost every time I go into someone house to burgler them, someone is awake STARING at the door! :: face palm :: .... soo annoying......That and sometimes I will be doing fetch quests for the thieves guild, and im sneaking out of the house and, BAM, NPC spawns in the middle of the house, and calls the guards

Yeah, i agree with you, i made a thief and got really annoyed doing a quest for the the thieves guild, (just to steal an item) but it seems they only sleep for about 10 minutes a day:D

I find the houses to be less occupied during the middle of the day. They're awake and somewhere other than at home.

Yeah, thats what I am going to have to do, just waiting to get the quick fingers perk so i dont have to be sneaking to pick locks. Considering I have the HUD off, this is very much needed. And whats with the children? Are they Bethesdas version of watch dogs? >_<

Skyrim is a dangerous place, you have to keep your eyes wide open. Riften is riddled with thieves, someone's been murdering people in Windhelm, the Forsworn in Markarth are restless... No wonder people are vigilant 24 hours a day!
