Several in game issues (new game with lots of mods) : Fallout 3

Ok so I downloaded bunch of mods based on zemalf's suggestions http://zemalf.blogspot.com/2012/08/zemalfs-fallout-3-mod-list.html, installed with fomm, used boss for load order, created bash patch using this guide http://justpaste.it/p4v. On new game start there are multiple exclamation points (i forget if this is missing mesh or texture). When I get to character creation the faces are all missing as well. Also when accessing menus via the esc button the game locks up on a darnUI message (there is an ok button but clicking it does nothing). Finally the text boxes appear off center (when I mouse over text the box that appears is centered slightly higher than the actual text). I'm assuming these are separate issues and would appreciate any help.

I'm fairly computer literate but had some serious trouble getting wrye bash(flash) installed. So an error there isn't out of the question.

Thanks in advance. If there's anything I forgot to provide please berate me and I'll get it to you.

Edit: I see that my mod list says fallout3.esm is delinquent, what does this mean/how do I fix it/is this the route of all the problems?
