I have buy a new PC for crysis 3 because my ati 4950 not compatible with dx11.

I have a brand new PC with new cpu amd 8350
board asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
MSI 7950 OC BE 3 GB
8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866 mhz
PSU Corsair GS800
SSD Corsair GTX 240GB
Windows 8 PRO 6+4 bits all updates installed

I have the error is max and low specs....

What is the solution?

I have the lastest ati drivers beta 13.3 and NO OC all in defaults

my poor laptop with i5 and low amd graphics 5000+ run and my NEW PC NOT! What is the problem?
