i have all addons and project nevada.. . i have two questions
first , does a level uncapper work that goes to max possible (level 250) i had one uncapper but it doesnt seem to work at all. i think project nevada over rules it.
second.. is it possible to have max stats.. strength perception etc... using unlimited level skill books etc...
i know if you have comprehension you get 2 stats per book. so thats worth it. but is it possible to get max stats? and if so what skills do you need to start with to get them?
i wish there was some kind of mod that will let a book raise whatever stat you want. to give you the freedom to create at the start whatever you want and still be possible to max.

Since the level caps were raised by the DLCs, you reach the max in all skills in the game just by playing it. You don't need to monkey around with mods or uncappers or anything else.

There is no reason to go above Level 50 as there is no more content to be unlocked, and you have no skills that you can improve at that point.
