I've semi-recently released two mods that lightly overhaul settings, perks, skills, items, and other details related to Combat and Magic. These mods keep the vanilla experience in mind but still address many issues about the systems and improve upon some useless or boring perks.

I am currently working on Proper Stealth, and also have other plans for future mods to eventually address every issue that I feel is important to any player who enjoys a vanilla experience. This started out as a project to improve my own play experience, and I decided to share it. If you are not usually a fan of big overhaul mods, you may find what you are looking for here. If you are a fan of overhaul mods, you still might enjoy this. I encourage you to give it a try.
