In need of a mutt....

Which is the better pup in the long run? Vigilance or Meeko? I've got a mod that that changes their appearance to more of a wolf-like dog. I know Vigilance levels higher, but is he stronger than Meeko?

I've also heard that you can "equip" them with armor if you use console commands, is this true?

Why not use one of the dogs from Dawnguard? They kind of look like wolves and they have armor..... :D

You're on PC, why settle for a measly mutt when there's all sorts of pet mods out there?

Vigilance. He levels up until level 50 and has more health than Meeko. They both do the same damage, 8.

Why use animals?
My Nord warrior likes to have a wolf hound travel along with him well sometimes he does coss they can be annoying at times.
