Mesh inside bsa not loading

First things first this was my first time making a bsa.

I created a bsa archive through archive.exe. I dragged my textures and meshes folder inside, had recurse directories checked, compress archive, retain directory names, and retain file names checked. For categories meshes and textures were selected, and I used check all items from the edit menu. I doubled checked before packaging the bsa and even checked inside with a bsa extractor to make sure this problem mesh was inside the bsa. It was. I added the bsa to SResourceArchiveList2 line in the editor ini after all the dlc before loading up the creation kit. I open up the cell where I placed the mesh and I'm getting the red exclamation point of a missing mesh. Everything else (when I tested it I removed my texture and mesh folder containing only the resources from my mod) works properly except this one mesh.

If I add just this problem mesh back in as a loose file, everything is fine. However I'd like to find out why I'm getting issues with this mesh not loading from the bsa. The mesh in question is TrStars*.nif from Oaristys' and Tony67's Modder's Resource Pack.

I think your bsa must be accompanied by an esp, like the high resolution packs Behesda made, so that the game knows that it has to load them.

It is. Both use the same name. The bsa is made for my house mod.
