I have all 3 DLC, and my game file size in 14 megs. Every time I exit a loading screen major MAJOR lag happens, FPS drops, things dont react for a long time, people dont respond to questions for a long while. After it throws a fit for about 30-45secs it evens out into the Skyrim I used to know.

This happening to anyone else? If it is whats wrong with my game?

What platform are you playing on? Also your safe file being that large has to do with it.
