most of us remember cheydinhall, right?
many of us might also know their way around, say, novac from fnv...?
...countless other places like these.
we - that's (guessing) millions of people.
we've been to these places.
we know where the shops are.
we know what bends to take to get there.
we know the shortcuts, we know how to get into the sewers / the backyards / the subways
we - that's (repeating) millions of people.
so: does this make these places - real?
and don't get me wrong, not asking if it makes them, like, part of the 'real world'.
more if the plain fact they exist in that many peoples conciousness bestows them with some degree of reality,
or if something _has_ to be part of the 'real world' to be 'real'
or, the other way around: most of us might never have been to real ulan bator (i certainly haven't) - for each of them, ulan bator has no 'tangible' existence beyond what of it they have in their minds. this doesn't make ulan bator un-real though. or does it? (yes, there's good reason i didn't pick pjong yang as an example here

probably some kind of 'can artificial intelligence have conciousness'-lite-issue.
any opinions on this?
well, beyond "get a life, nutcase", i mean.
but i'll also take that

p.s.: talking about nutcase
