They are an Elder Scrolls, nay, a Bethesda institution, a hateful and beloved institution. Whether it be the Adoring Fan, or Sticky and his stupid birthday hat from Fallout, Gaenor and his insatiable appetite for your hard-earned coins, Skyrim's predecessors and siblings are famed for their more irritating inhabitants; Skyrim, however, seems to be a cheeky non-conformist to the rule. Cicero doesn't really count, since he is likeable and actually rather usefull, nor will I accept Delphine, Nazeem or Heimskr etc... I'm not talking about minor characters who can not be interacted with, or characters who are just unpopular. Skyrim seems to lack that kind of determinedly annoying individual. Is this just in keeping with Skyrim's generally 'dark' tone?
