I am wondering if the Civil War has the same aftermath as the "Season Unending" quest.
When you complete the Civil War, are any jarls replaced? Or do the current ones begrudgingly acquiesce?

I ask because I'd like to see certain ones be the jarl, but I'm considering doing the Civil War questline instead of Season Unending. (Season Unending of which, I'm not far from).
