This should be a fun little thread and I think there isn't another one like it.

We are all aware that different game developers have different methods of making their games. This thread is to give humorous examples of what it would be like if another developer made Skyrim. It doesn't have to be a game developer and can be a technology developer. Just don't use companies totally unrelated like Nike or Audi. If someone already used your dev, you can still use it just give a different example. I'll start.

If NaughtyDog made Skyrim it would have super realistic textures and the Dragonborn would make sarcastic comments after every kill.

If Netherrealm made Skyrim every killcam would be replaced by extremely graphic finishers while the Greybeards shout "Fatality!"

If Infinity Ward made Skyrim...

if irrational made the game, i would be fighting dragons in diving suits.

Or ubisoft (far cry 3 and assassins creed are bad @ss)

I dont think I could handle every NPC insulting my mom.

If BioWarEA made Skyrim, you would only have one race, perks trees would be $5 DLC, your character would talk but would never say want you want them too.

can you imagine the hallways and corridors if this game was made by S-E?

If svcker Punch made Skyrim, our actions would've been actually meaningful. That, and the dragons would've been giving super powers to everyone.

I think the only other developer that has the experise to create a game like skyrim is, as Velar said, rockstar.

(Just to disclaim, Lionhead Studios are a lovely bunch of people).

Square enix back in the day when they were actually talented could have probably made an incredible open world game final fantasy like skyrim if they really wanted to. These days they struggle to make games set in corridors.

If iD made Skyrim, it wouldn't be out yet because the engine for it wouldn't be finished.

If Blizzard made Skyrim... Skyrim would have triple DRM with monthly subscriptions and pay-to-win (even though it's single-player).

Tbh i think EA's ego is so far up there own [censored] they probably think they are the most innovative and exceptional develpers in the video game industry.

Like capcom, there minds have been utterly and totally corrupted by the need to rip off each and every one of us for our moneyz.
