player render distance

As many of you may know the render distance of the player 3d model is rather short, espacially noticable on the big maps. for example in the long hallway on museum, where you can only see players weapons if they are right on the other end of the hallway, however you will see them once you scope in with a sniper or assault scope.

now i am wondering if there are any settings i could change or anything to put in the console that would change this.

i tried increasing the values for
e_LodRatio
e_ViewDistRatio
e_ViewDistRatioDetail

however none of these seem to affect the render distance of the player models (both enemy players and players on the own team) Only seems to affect the render distance of the actual map like plants, etc.

hope anybody knows how to fix this, apart from that i think, that it should by default have a long enough render distance for the player models so that they never disappear not even on the biggest maps like penn depot or brooklyn bridge.
