It just came to my mind how sometimes you're hit by a projectile frost spell like Icy Spear.

That goes right through the body, tearing the stomach up. Would that not kill you?

I know it's just gameplay, but it kind of bothers me.

or an arrow to the face, or a sword to the gut, or a lightning bolt to the chest (heart), or really just being set on fire...all of these things would kill someone pretty effectivily. But its a game with health points, granted walking around with an ice spear sticking out the back of my head is a little strange, might have been better if they'd shatter on contact or something
