What I mean is, Black Books are permanent quest items that cannot be removed from our inventory (on console, at least). However, I know a lot of people want the option to remove them. As a unique item collector, I'd love to have the option of displaying them w/ the Ohgma Infinium & Mythic Dawn books -- plus, I [censored] hate inventory clutter (just add a quest item tab so we can ignore the stuff, please!).

So, has anyone heard anything about a change or will they always be stuck cluttering my inventory? Cheers!

No, and i wouldn't get my hopes up if i were you. if you're on pc i can give you a few console commands to remove them but if you're on console you're stuck with them.

I would love to be able to get rid of these books, but I seriously doubt it is going to happen. At least they don't weigh anything.

Books of Forbidden Knowledge dropped on the ground?
