weapons and expectations

So this is about pretty much any weapon that did not meet your expectations. Me? Red glare. It sounded so ****** amazing at first, I mean a full auto rocket launcher? Yes please! I thought i was gonna give marked men and death claws hell with that thing in LR but it took about 1500 rockets to take down most enemies. Now I just use it for fireworks (Red Glare+incendiary ammo+gecko=Fun!)

SMMG was the most disappointing weapon in the game, mostly because large auto-weapons have barely any perk that rolls with them, or customization. It really ruins the 'awesomness' it should've been, another is Red Glare, when I first saw it, I thought it would fire out tank shells rapidly with a cool magazine or clip to see the shells getting fed into the weapon and just cause utter-chaos. Red Glare still kicks [censored] though, and still destroys Deathclaws and just about anything, but only if you play a pure explosive playthrough and customize to maximize its output. SMMG on the other hand, has nothing or barely anything to maximize its potential.
