So we're on Skyline on the top in front of the dome that people snipe on (highest point on the map), and I see him run inside then he goes out the other side when he sees me..I double back and run the other way around the corner AGAIN, and he is not there, so i double back AGAIN and go around the corner as there is no way in hell he could have cleared the long path already (both ways), he then appears in front of me and I pump his guts full of lead with my grendel...IMMEDIATELY after he bans me!!

This slimeball is running RADAR!! (at the LEAST!!) I CLEARLY cleared the corners fully and completely BOTH times and saw NOTHING down the long paths...and because of my decade+ of FPS experience dating back to Unreal Tournament 99 and my extensive experience with 'corner games', this cheating FOOL bans me! Sorry pal! No radar here you hypocrite moron - just talent...something you clearly LACK.

Anyways, since everything is recorded, I've decided to make an example out of him and this company as there T.O.S. does NOT protect them from prejudicial bans - ESPECIALLY of this nature when an actually EMPLOYEE is caught red-handed using radar (at the LEAST)! Also, I'm apparently not the only skilled player that this has happened to reading through the other forums, and I've decided to head the charge of a CIVIL LAWSUIT against Crytek, and I will also go out of my way to target Fellblade to make sure he loses his job AND MORE.

Yeah..pro & semi-pro players have HAD IT with Crytek's communistic behavior, and a collective civil suit is being filed against them - credit card chargebacks will be the least of their concerns. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way they are going to learn...their T.O.S. does not protect them in the least - must have had a really lousy lawyer draw it up...

I've been advised NOT to do this (as much as i want to). That said, I CAN say and post what I did so that Fellblade and other possible cheaters from Crytek know that their gig is up, and there are going to be CONSEQUENCES for their actions - hopefully this will protect other innocent, highly talented players from Crytek being so quick on the draw with their bans. It's OVER, and will be tolerated NO LONGER.

If the game is for n00bs, then post it on the box and on your site, as that is vital pre-sale information Crytek..
