Have been trying to get back into skyrim for over a week, but I have a problem. Whenever I start a new game, once u run into the tower that ulfrics in. when he starts talking before he finishes sayin what hes saying, I get a ctd. Just bam. EVERYTIME. I have diactivated my mods, uninstalled the game, went in and deleted the skyrim folder, very fresh install with no mods. And I still get a ctd at that very spot.
With mods, ctd at that spot.
Without mods with a fresh install with no mods, I get ctd at that very spot.

I have done the intregy of cache thing and nothing shows up as anything wrong.

Anyone no what might ne the problem?
