Just a little tip. I see a lot, I mean, a ton of players running around in cloak. I even see guys activate cloak as soon as the match starts??

Here's the deal with cloak..
Being in cloak removes your armor.
Being in cloak makes you 'harder to see' not 'invisible'.
And in C3, don't think that you can successfully 'hide' using cloak. To a trained eye, not to mention radar, guys can tell exactly where you are. So being caught in cloak is just a quick way to get killed.

So..
Within immediate threat range (10m), cloak should only be used in brief spurts only AFTER you break line-of-sight of your opponent. You have to then make sure that you DEACTIVATE IT before you engage. In all honesty, you stand a much better chance if you don't even activate it.

Just a tip for the beginners
