A couple of questions about having your steward furnish the joint for you -- as I've always just done it myself & don't feel like doing it again (at least not for all 3).

1. Roughly how long does it take for them to finish? I know they add a little at a time, but overall, how many game days (roughly) does it take for them to finish a room?

2. Is it better to let them finish a room before having them furnish another one or just have them do everything at once? Meaning, which way furnishes the house faster?
