I never use the Lockpick tree, because I can do master level locks at level 1 fairly easily (5-10 picks usually). So, I want to change it so that the sweet-spot is smaller for each difficulty. I also want to change the perk tree. I would like to make the first perk increase the sweet-spot for all locks.

However, in the CK the Novice and Apprentice perks look the same: "Modify lockpick sweet-spot" by x amount

There is nothing in this panel that indicates it is only applied to Novice or Apprentice locks. If I want it to apply to all lock types. Can I do this?
