Recently when I opened skyrim and found this:

I'd imagine you have a mod conflicting. I would uninstall all of them, and bring them back up one at a time.

That will tell you the one that is conflicting.

I assume you have the latest 1.9 patch? http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1450383-skyrim-19-title-update/
