I have 100 in Guns, Sneak, Survival, now what?

I was building a short-medium ranged character, and shy away from barter, lockpicking, repair, and science because I've picked the containers to death in the past few games and all of them combined means easy money.

So I decided to dump them skill points to the three above, but I'm level 22 and I've maxed 'em out. Where should I put the next skill points?

Whatever youd like to try next.
I know the feeling, my last playthrough it got to the point where I didn't like levelling up as i was just putting points into things id never use. By level 50 all my skills were maxed except barter (50) and melee (20). :s

I think speech cause personally I find speech to make the game more fun (though much easier, and since you don't want caps usually the option parallel to a speech check in a quest is buying your way through it).
Also I like medicine when you get to heal random people :L but this would go nicely with your survival skill too (and there's no real way to gain much money off it, I don't think).

You want to dump skill points, so you pick the two most powerful skills in the game and Guns. Okay.

If what you really want to avoid is Barter, Repair, Science and Lockpicking than I'd recommend Medicine, Speech, Explosives, and Melee.
