Just got up to Valerica's lab and was poking around for alchemy ingredients when I stumbled on Berit's Ashes. On my second day in Skyrim Thadgier asked that I deliver them to Runil, a supposed priest of Arkay. Runil promised he would prefrom the proper ritual. Little did I suspect that ritual would involve delivering the ashes to a Daughter of Cold Harbor! What kind of sick, twisted game is Runil playing at?
