At the Dawnguard Fort, Florentius Boenius, who you go to rescue for the Dawnguard, (the one who always takes to Arkay), is a Restoration trainer. When you go to level up with him, he takes your monies but there is no leveling, and you gain nothing but lost monies. There is no increase in levels at all. I could level up with him before the 1.9 patch, but now that I have the 1.9 patch installed, I cannot.

I am on the xbox 360, and I have tried clearing the cache, un-installing and re-installing, and still it does not work. My character is only level 47/49, and my restoration is presently at 43.
